Our Crow's Nest Roast is an Ethiopian Coffee from the Sidama region. This excellent full bodied dark roast, gives life to the natural creaminess and tasteful profile of this Ethiopian coffee. You can expect a heavier feel in the mouth, and a smooth aftertaste that conceals the acidity. The deep berry and lemon notes meet your taste buds, followed by the smoothness of a chocolatey finish. If you like dark roast, you will not be disappointed. Leave the sugar and cream for the pastries.
