Food Pairing: Drinking Yirgacheffee coffee while enjoying tropical fruits will aid in brining forward the berry and fruity notes. Fruit based pastries compliment as well. Citrus desserts such as "lemon meringue pie" or "lemon pound cake" favor enhancing the citrus side of this coffee.
